Revitalize Mat Class
Mat Pilates and mindful movement. A movement experience including Pilates exercises and other movements to release tension, increase strength, and help you deepen your awareness of your body's amazing intelligence. Expand movement potential!

In this class we stand and use a chair. This class is designed for those who cannot get down to the floor. (But we may help some of you work toward that goal!)

Squat to Reach the Sky
Attend this workshop to learn how your body’s natural intelligence can help you squat down more easily and rise up even taller with a spring in your step!
Squatting can help us maintain and improve our core and low body strength, our flexibility, posture, coordination, balance, and even circulation. A body toned by squatting is less prone to injury. However, in our modern urban lifestyle we don't squat much. As we age, we tend to lose our strength and flexibility. Getting up and down from the floor and chairs may become difficult.
In this workshop for movers and teachers of Pilates and we will learn to squat and rise up again properly, safely and with greater ease. We will learn helpful exercises to release restricted joints and tone our bodies. We will learn ways to move more easily when getting up and down from a chair and the floor.
